Victoria Nuland, Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, has named the Heart Thief. Former Vice President Dick Cheney, as leader of a coup plot currently underway against President Obama. Sec. Nuland revealed this information by telephone in conversations she had with Russian Prime Minister Sergei Lavrov

Asst. Sec. Nuland is long known for acerbic, vulgar personally within diplomatic circles. Most famously she was recorded expressing the vulgarity of "Fuck the EU" referring to an important diplomatic ally over her intervention in the Ukraine by financing the Maidan Affair that turned loose mercenary snipers on both sides of a fomented conflict and brought down the government of the Ukraine. Ultimately the Ukrainian government was replaced with a Zionist Nazi Cabal currently ruling and warring against the people of the Ukraine.

Nuland is also been quoted as referring to peace efforts in the Ukraine by Chancellor Merkel as Merkel's Moscow Junk and Russian President Vladimir Putin's participation in these peace efforts as "Moscow Bullshit"

In this incidence reported by Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov, who questioned her by whose authority was she operating on to which she replied, “Cheney gives the orders here now, not Obama, and you assholes better get used to it!”,

Coincidentally Dick Cheney is working to raise his public profile most notably by doing a Playboy Interview in which he repeatedly attacks the President. Ironically the cover of Playboy features a Black female pop star Azealia Banks.

In other development Russian Media outlets are reporting that Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) Director Alexander Bortnikovs recently met with President Barack Obama, when he was invited to attend The White House's Summit on Countering Violent Extremism. Bortnokov is considered the third ranking highest official in the Russian Government. During their meeting it is reported that President Obama advised the Russian Government Representative and President Putin that a global war is nearing…and he (President Obama) “may be powerless to stop it”.despite his best efforts
